Terms and conditions for using Fire Assessor Scotland's services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fire Assessor Scotland's website and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Fire Assessor Scotland provides professional fire risk assessment services including:
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in charges.
You must provide full access to all areas of your premises during the assessment. Failure to do so may result in an incomplete assessment.
Fees are quoted in advance and are based on the size and complexity of your premises. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Any billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date.

We maintain professional indemnity insurance to cover our services. Our liability is limited to the extent of our insurance coverage.
Our assessments are based on conditions at the time of inspection. We are not liable for changes made to the premises after our assessment.
Clients remain responsible for implementing our recommendations and maintaining fire safety standards.
All assessment reports, recommendations, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Fire Assessor Scotland. Clients receive a license to use these materials for their intended purpose but may not redistribute or modify them without permission.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. This confidentiality extends to all aspects of your premises and business operations.
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Termination does not affect obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations.
These Terms are governed by Scottish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the Scottish courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
